Republicans’ intransigence on gun violence is being tested as more big-money donors are joining Al Hoffman Jr. and putting away their checkbooks.

A Florida real estate developer who has donated millions to Republican politicians is cutting them off, and urging others to do the same, unless the party takes action on guns.

“I will not write another check unless they all support a ban on assault weapons. Enough is enough!”
