The White House keeps coming up with new ways to block its former employees from speaking about Trump’s efforts to obstruct justice.

The House Judiciary Committee subpoenaed former communications director Hope Hicks and former deputy counsel Annie Donaldson — who both witnessed Trump’s obstructive acts outlined in the Mueller report.
