Public servants who blew the whistle on Donald Trump’s dealings with Ukraine get a special shout-out in Time magazine’s ‘Person of the Year’ issue.

Republicans said it had been ‘0 days’ since House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff had followed House rules.

The testimony undercuts Trump’s argument that he only wanted to root out Ukrainian corruption.
