Former President Donald Trump has endorsed gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon’s pick, Shane Hernandez, over Ralph Rebandt, who was beaten by Dixon in the Michigan Republican primary.

The remaining Republican candidates in the Michigan governor’s race all hold extreme views on abortion, guns, education, and the 2020 presidential election.

Nine candidates are vying for the nomination that will pit them against incumbent Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in November.
