The Bureau of Land Management has approved nearly three dozen renewable energy and grid improvement projects since 2021.

The new funds are part of President Joe Biden’s plan to switch to renewable sources of energy as climate change intensifies.

‘We can’t afford to deny this reality and the urgency of what is happening to our state,’ said Florida Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried.
