Watch: Proof that Trump owes Elizabeth Warren $1 million and an apology

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) just called Trump’s bluff. And now he owes her favorite charity $1 million.

Warren just released the results of a DNA test, which confirms she has Native American ancestry.

The move debunks Trump’s ongoing public, racist attacks about Warren’s family history, where he refers to her as “Pocahontas,” suggesting she’s been lying about her past.

“I will give you a million dollars to your favorite charity, paid for by Trump, if you take the test and it shows you’re an Indian,” he said in July. “I have a feeling she will say no.”

Piggish Trump added, “We have to do it gently, because we’re in the #MeToo generation, so we have to be very gentle.”

And just last week, Trump told loyalists at a rally, “She can’t prove anything… You know what? I have more Indian blood in me than she does. I have none, unfortunately. I have none.”

But Warren has some. And she can prove it.

In August, she gave a sample of her DNA to Carlos D. Bustamante, a Stanford University professor and expert in the field.

“Bustamante calculated that Warren’s pure Native American ancestor appears in her family tree ‘in the range of 6-10 generations ago,'” the Boston Globe reports. “That timing fits Warren’s family lore, passed down during her Oklahoma upbringing, that her great-great-great-grandmother, O.C. Sarah Smith, was at least partially Native American.”

The professor found that Warren’s ancestry was “strongly European,” but that the results also supported the existence of Native American ancestry.

Trump responded by claiming he never made the charity offer, which of course was captured on film just three months ago.

Republicans first ignited the so-called controversy when Warren ran for the U.S. Senate in 2012 and researchers found that Warren had identified as Native American while teaching as a law professor in the 1980s and 1990s.

Trump has been oddly obsessed with Warren’s family history for years.

Last year, when Trump welcomed Navajo code talkers who served in World War II, he turned the elderly men and announced, “We have a representative in Congress they say was here a long time ago. They call her Pocahontas.”

Just like Trump’s birther nonsense which debunked, the GOP’s Warren attack line has been dismantled.
