After two nights of Democratic debates, we have a clear loser: Donald Trump
Democrats took to the debate stage to lay out their vision for a better America.
Over two nights, 20 Democratic candidates brought forward ideas on health care, immigration, and climate change while Trump whined on Twitter.
Millions of Americans tuned in to watch candidates such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), former Cabinet secretary Julian Castro, Vice President Joe Biden, and 16 others discuss real issues facing American families across the country.
Over the two nights, Democratic candidates put forward plans to expand health care to all Americans, whereas Trump is trying to get rid of the Affordable Care Act and kick 20 million people off of health insurance.
Democrats committed to tackling the issue of climate change, whereas Trump doesn’t believe the science behind the climate crisis.
While Trump cages children in filthy conditions, denying kids necessities like soap and toothpaste, Democrats offered a compassionate approach to immigration, and a commitment to stop jailing babies.
During the Wednesday night debate, Trump hopped on Twitter to whine about how a discussion of real policy issues was “BORING.”
Democrats addressed serious issues facing Americans, while Trump complained about a few minor technical difficulties during the broadcast.
The debates showed some differences between the Democratic candidates. But the biggest difference was between any one of the 20 people on stage and Donald J. Trump.
